Autumn has started, so that means it’s that time of year when everyone feels a bit under the weather. I’ve had the flu last week & really feel like eating all the fruit I can find haha.
Lately, as you may have read in another blogpost, I’m making my own granola. Click here for the blogpost. And this has really been great so far, it’s delicious, easy to make and you can put it on everything.
So what I do in the morning for breakfast is; get a bowl with three spoons of Mild&Creamy natural flavour. Add banana, mandarine, kiwi, raspberry, grapefruit, blueberry, the granola & honey.
This is lots of fruit, but you can of course just add whatever you prefer.
