Stop and smell the flowers

Spring is already here for a few weeks, and the weather changed a lot during those weeks. Super warm, sunny and it felt like summer, to such a cold wind that it even felt like winter.

Spring is really my favourite season, the temperature is nice, you’ve got the flower fields and it’s perfect terrace weather. Spring gives new energy, new inspiration and new ideas.

Nevertheless, it was time for new pictures. And I was really feeling this spring vibe with pastel colours, flowers and sun.
I saw this top the other day at Zara and really loved the colour, so soft and easy to combine with jeans.
The jeans are from last summer, and actually it was way to longe for my hight, so last week I had the idea to just cut it. With this length it goes well with heels and with sneakers, just depends on which vibe you’re in.
The heels are really my favourite piece with this outfit, they are adorable, easy to wear and a real item that gives your outfit a little extra.

Here are my favourite shots and the clothing is linked below.

Jeans : Mango
Yellow top: Zara

Candy coloured coat

Goodmorning, long time no see. This is the second time in 2019 that I’m posting on my blog. That’s why I wanted this post tot pop.

For a while I wanted something that would stand out, something very colourful. Because normally my outfits are sometimes very black and dark. Haha and I think with this coat it maybe even made up for all those black outfits.

I think this pink coat really suits well with the Dr.Martens. It gives a little more edge – and to be honest this is the first pair that actually feels comfortable, even when you’re wearing it for the first time. I bought one size bigger (37) then I actually need, otherwise it’s unbearable to wear them and they will end up in the closet.

The weather was lovely, it was sunny and the people were all cheerful. For me, this outfit feels already extra, just because I’m used to dark colours. But lately I’ve been thinking on changing that a little. Sometimes you need to try something else before you judge if you like it.

The outfit details are linked below.

Coat – Stradivarius
Boots – Dr.Martens
Jeans – Levi’s

What I wore in Copenhagen

Last weekend in Copenhagen was quite cold, thats an understatement. I was prepared for the cold don’t worry haha.
My suitcase was full with jumpers, knitwear, a second coat and boots. In the end I only wore 2,5 outfit haha and the same pair of sneakers.

On the plane I wanted to wear something cozy; so a mango oversized jeans, Tommy Hilfiger jumper, my teddy coat and my nike sneakers. I knew that till 15.00 o’clock I wasn’t able to change clothes so I just wore this outfit the entire day.

The next day I went on a search for a new coat, a long black one. This season it has been difficult to find the perfect black coat. But I found one at Zara, it’s not the thickest one, but warmer then I’d expected. Another piece I bought is a new Acne scarf, the most soft and warm scarf I’ve ever owned for sure.
During that day I wore a pantalon ankle hight and a cozy cardigan from H&M, very soft and cozy.

Hello autumn / Checkered skirt

The first weekend of October and honestly this Sunday feels already like autumn. The moment you go outside the air feels fresh, the leaves are already changing and the light is just perfect. It feels for me very fresh and cozy, the perfect combination.

Earlier this week I went to Amsterdam to grab a coffee at Locals Coffee (going back soon to shoot photos for a separate blogpost), shoot some photos, have a stroll and do a little bit of shopping.

This outfit is perfect for autumn, especially when it’s getting a little colder. Because the sun was out I decided to go with bare legs, but for the colder days you can just wear a panty underneath.

You can never go wrong with a good pair of over the knee boots, the ones I’m wearing do have heels, but they’re very comfortable.

Cozy autumn outfit

Last weekend the weather changed. From this very hot summer to “suddenly” a chilly Semptember. This weather gives me mixed feelings. I love the cosy days inside, with a warm knit, cup of tea and maybe a book are a good serie. But going outside is not my favourite haha. I think this actually is for most people.

For the upcoming season I’ve already done some shopping and one of those things was a new scarf. This year I bought an Acne scarf, it’s very warm and a light material.

September outfit

An outfit blogpost for today, a more official outfit this time. Wearing a blazer, shirt & heels made me actually feel quite good. Usually I go for the jeans, sneakers and a leather jacket vibes. But for some reason I wanted something different this time.

I think Saturday feels like a very good and productive day. Waking up on Saturday, having a coffee, get dressed and start the day and to have a cosy evening, the best feeling.

For the blazer from Zara I could only find a look-a-like in pink. And for the rings, I didn’t see the white one, but I found a pink look-a-like.
